8 Exercises For Belly Fat

Dumbbell Split Squats

With one foot forward and one foot back, you will get into a split position. Start lowering yourself until your back knee touches the ground, then push yourself 14 of the way up using your front foot. Come back to the ground and then scale it all the way up. That’s one rep. Do 3 sets of 8 to ten reps before switching to the other leg.

… And Then Bicycle Crunches

Turn your body up by taking one elbow and bringing it toward the opposite knee when lying flat on your back. With the other leg, you can really stretch it by striking your heel straight out. As you finish, stretch your abs and repeat with the opposite direction. Do this exercise for 45 to 60 seconds.
