Straight Arm Lat Pulldown

The Latissimus Dorsi, Posterior Deltoid, Teres Major, and Triceps are among the participants. The Latissimus Dorsi is the most prominent muscle in the upper body, extending from the lower back to the middle of your spine and then out to the shoulder, where it attaches. This exercise is particularly helpful in improving balance in the shoulder and back, as well as control during deadlifts or lifting objects from the ground.

Pec Stretch

The goal is to lengthen the chest muscles (Pectoralis Major and Pectoralis Minor) so that healthier positioning is natural and comfortable. What’s called round-shouldered posture is a common contributor to neck and rotator cuff injury. When the pectoral muscles are tight, the round-shouldered posture seems natural.

Shoulder Mechanics

The shoulder is the most flexible joint in the human body. People can use their arms in amazingly useful ways thanks to its high mobility. Interestingly, the shoulder is not limited to the ball and socket joint that most people are familiar with. It’s actually several joints working together – the glenohumeral joint and the acromioclavicular joints – that are surrounded by many muscles, ligaments, and tendons, which all contribute to a very stable, robust, and mobile shoulder.
