The overwhelming majority of people in my clinic have pain/discomfort simply because they are young. If people would just spend ten minutes of their day doing some strength training, I could easily cut my patient load in half. Today I’m sharing with you five exercises that you could do every day to improve key muscle groups in your body to reduce pain and maximize efficiency. With this article, I want to share not only these exercises but also give you some tips for making it more of a complete workout. The numbers I give you below are a baseline; that’s the minimum I would recommend.
