1. The Roll

On your back, you should lay off a knot. Stand up your legs and extend them straight. To the sides, extend your hands. Bring your legs down to the ground, but make sure not to touch it. To begin, lift your knees and go up once more. Repeat this for 30 seconds and then take a break. Your lower abs are the object of this workout.

2. Windmills

With your legs up, you will start in a similar manner to the previous exercise. This time, you’re running with your legs to the side. Make sure your legs are as close to the ground as possible, but please do not touch it. Switch sides the whole time as we repeat this for 30 seconds. Your side muscles and lower abs are the focus of this workout.
